The passrate for the ABEM written board exam in Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine is dismally low for nonfellowship-trained physicians. I experienced this first hand, even after dutifully reading and studying a wide spectrum of materials. There was something missing, but I couldn't put my finger on it. After I subscribed to the review course offererd by WEBCME and began working my way through the lessons, things started falling into place. Preparation for the boards became elemental and Dr. Bartlett's course became the launch pad for even deeper learning. Since then, I've referred back to the course materials for solid concepts. I feel like I know Dr. Bartlett. When I repeated testing, I knew when I walked out I had nailed it. The course's introduction music plays in my head sometimes. If learning can be be considered "getting it into your head," then this review course was successful!

Dear Dr Serena:
Yesterday I finished your WebCME lecture: "Surgical Wounds." Today "Infection in Chronic Wounds" is playing on the flat screen on my desk. You have a great: speaking style, sense of humor and experience base. As a DeBakey trained vascular surgeon, your lectures are riveting. OK, humbling, to learn how much I do NOT know (about wound care).

I am a Mayo trained PMR physician who recently completed Hyperbaric Medicine: Principles and Practice on WebCME. I was very impressed with the high quality of the CME and the ease of access without disruption of my daily medical practice.
